Near the start of 2025, I accomplished the tasks of selling a home and purchasing a new one. I accomplished these tasks with the assistance of one of the best realtors. If you are selling your home or trying to purchase your dream home, I cannot recommend Lexi Chang enough. Lexi truly is amazing. She is the realtor that doesn’t do the job for the dollar signs. During my adventure, Lexi continuously steered me in the right direction. There were many times that my eyes would get big for something outside of my desired budget and also times that I would see a not so great home and start to get in the “settling” mode. Lexi would respectfully give her opinions and bring light upon the “wants” that I had when I started. Lexi would not let me “settle” and she also would not allow me to get into a position where I was struggling with outrageous mortgage payments. During the sale of my home and the purchase of a new one, the communication that Lexi displayed was above all others that I have worked with in the past. She made communicating with the financial institutions and the sellers very easy. She even at time would be a pest to make sure they were responding appropriately. She also recommended and communicated repairs that were desired and provided me with strategic ways to get these done, without pushing myself out of a sale or purchase. Let me give you an example of Lexi Chang’s amazing work ethic. I was regularly looking at homes online and requesting Lexi to schedule showings. There was a home that I pushed and pushed Lexi to show me. Lexi respectfully told me that it wasn’t a home that was good for me and that I was “settling.” I pushed and she said “I work for you” and scheduled the showing. Well, as Lexi stated, this was not the home for me. This statement of “I work for you” is something that Lexi displayed tremendously throughout my journey. This was done through finding homes, communicating with realtors, bankers, and inspectors, and also taking ample amount of time to explain this sometimes dreaded task of selling or purchasing a home. If you are selling your home or trying to find your dream home, Lexi will truly work for you and I cannot recommend her enough. She made this process very easy and enjoyable. As a bonus, she also will respond to the texts you send her at odd times, when something comes to mind and never leaving you waiting. :)
